  4. L True, it is the government but when citizens do it their own without financial compensation and in a civic way out of the kindness of their hearts, anything can be possible.

  5. C-64 That is also true unfortunately. There are the masses and then their are the few civic minded out there. But, I believe that when the urgent time comes Americans will come out in droves and face up to the challenge as good, honest Americans looking to help/look out for one another and where they live. Btw I know I sound like a naive idealist and maybe I am but I trust in the kindness of the people of this nation and I trust like in times of crisis such as 9/11, marathon bombing, and hurricane Katrina among others people join together looking to the greater good and uplifting one another in times of crisis out of the betterment of their hearts.
