  2. Kenneth Lucas With all due respect, I'm saying for renters because it's cheap. I live in Connecticut so I don't know who wants to live there, but I do know that from what I hear WV has beautiful sights, nice people, and lovely charm as well as great affordability. I've actually been considering moving there especially for the affordability reason as well as several other states too. So with all due respect I'm saying not to not sell it so short because it does have many good things to offer too.
