  1. Here is my magic wand solution. Legalize all drugs in America and sell them through government run businesses like state run liquor stores. Only take enough money to pay the employees and put everything else into mental health and rehab facilities to help get those who are ready to sober up. Cut the cartels out of their middle man spot and just import the drugs directly from source countries.
