  3. Regular American police probably wouldn't have been able to get away with that. Those are tribal officers on a reservation. They are on their own sovereign land with no higher authority than their tribe.

I don't agree with either party in lock step, both sides media are lying out of both sides of their mouths. And the term was invented by liberals with the meaning of being aware of injustice.
