  1. Regular American police probably wouldn't have been able to get away with that. Those are tribal officers on a reservation. They are on their own sovereign land with no higher authority than their tribe.

  6. Those are tribal officers on a sovereign Indian Reservation. They aren't going to be arrested. There is no one that could do it legally, I guess except the chief of the Piute tribe. These people picked the worst place possible to break the law.

  8. It's not JUST America. This is an Indian Reservation and those are tribal officers. They are on tribal land, the feds don't even have jurisdiction. The tribe is the top ruling authority.
