  1. Our garbage guys suck so bad. They won't pick up anything even if you follow all the rules. It's usually just black guy driving around going, "nope ain't picking up that honkies trash." And then the city gets mad because there is trash everywhere. And we get charged alot more than 5cents a month for trash service and we have to use it . You can't even legally hual it to the dump anymore.
