It definitely is. This is all a direct result of not allowing plant drugs to be legal.

4-Methylaminorex In the US you can't getting anything but street fentanyl. You can go in with an amputated leg and they will tell you take an aspirin and walk it off. I am terrified of getting an injury and have been putting off dental surgery because they won't give you ANYTHING.

I am in the US, and quit when it all turned to fentanyl. When the H dried up I had to buy fent to not be sick, and immediately realized about half of the H I had been getting had fent in it. Some family and friends died so I stopped. And Fetty is crap anyway. The buzz is intense, but 20 minutes later it's over and you are throwing up. I titrated off using Imodium and Kratom. Been almost 2 years and I still don't sleep right. Sometimes go three or four days without being able to really fall asleep. At this point I think its permanent.

Good, I am tired of hearing Euros brag about how bad the US and canada are and how they are better. Same thing seeing them get fat while now gen Z in the US is obsessed with the gym and being fit.

It's YouTube, not the channel. They have been delete happy since the last war kicked off.

@Night-Jester I have been getting about half my comments on all channels deleted, regardless of what I say or what words I use. They could be doing it, but I would still suspect YT.

@Night-Jester Yeah I have noticed that. A lot of channels the comment doesn't show for a minute or two. I think that's why you see some people double and triple posting, trying to get through.

Yes, they did. They have been bragging about it for a decade as the fentanyl epidemic exploded in North America.

@kaneeasterday7478 That is a lie. Cancer patients are being denied opioids now, people in hospice are going without. Some people still have access, but it's a total crap shoot. There are a million videos out about veterans and elderly patients being cut off of their meds for no reason.

@kaneeasterday7478 And doctors aren't nearly as good as they think at identifying addicts. A nurse recently put my father down as "alcohol dependent" and he is a tea totteller that doesn't drink any alcohol, ever. They get that stuff wrong and are often spiteful and outright lie about patients. There are tons of clips about cancer and hospice patients being cut off for no reason.

@kaneeasterday7478 I know someone that just had three teeth pulled. They where given a .5 Ativan before and six 5 mg hydrocodone. That is NOTHING! Might as well not even get it filled.

@Pheniox0 oxycodone "juice"? Never heard of that. They make liquid codeine and hydrocodone, but never heard of oxycodone coming like that. And they don't do refills on opioids anymore, so I know that's BS.

@Pheniox0 he got refills on an opioid in the US? That's illegal per the DEA. Never heard of oxycodone syrup either. I have seen hydrocodone syrup, but it's extremely rare. Syrup is usually codeine.

@A1ko_ synthetic heroin is legal with a prescription. It's the same thing as oxi or Dilaudid.

Not all 50 states in the US do harm reduction, only the liberal ones. Go to Texas or Florida and they will put you in prison for hard drugs. I can't speak for other Western countries though.

@kumbackquatsta the demand was for heroin. They pulled a bait and switch. Mexico couldn't grow good heroin, just like they can't grow good weed. They never grew the plants to make cocaine, only middle manned it. They had to switch to meth and fentanyl because they are to dumb to make plant based drugs. The Chinese saw the opportunity and took it
