Having spent some time offshore I knew exactly what Winston was trying to say by "hand". Regardless of title on most boats if you aren't the captain you are really just a deckhand.
49
And they have a whole new set of bad ass allies this time...
38
They kind of do the same thing with Cubans in Florida. If they came make it to land they get stay.
31
Court marshal time!
26
My Vietnamese and Cambodian friends dad were all mostly pretty stoic, smoked, and worked a lot. The ones that owned stores were pretty affluent and their kids ended up like spoiled Americans.
16
@YoDuuude he is correct. Vegetable oil is originally an industrial lubricant.
12
My granparents were born in like the 20's, so I am not sure all my great grand parents got to drive, especially early in life.
11
I only donate to conservation groups who do work in the US from an outdoorsmans perspective. Ducks Unlimted, National Wild Turkey Foundation, and the Rock Mountain Elk Foundation are three good ones.
10
@sbkarajan that's not how averages work. The richest people scew the numbers, same as in China.
10
Nurses aren't public servants in the USA. We don't have socialized medicine, unfortunately.
9
@xtbum3339 I don't think so. Scaffolding is usually fixed. He is talking about the lift that goes up and down on ropes, like they use in the big US cities.
8
I've never seen an American road just collapse from normal levels of rain fall. Now a flood will take roads out, but not light rain.
7
In fairness we have a road that occasionally does this during massive flooding in our town in North Florida. The road is built on a high ridge overlooking the bay, but we have to have a road there. It just gets fixed every 50 years or so when a big chunk falls into the bay.
7
No they really aren't. They are just memorizing the answers to the test. That's not how you learn critical thinking skills.
7
@unclescipio3136 I think he used five Jerry cans. They got that part wrong because there were barrels in the background. A jet ski wouldn't be able to get on plane and pull even a single barrel like that, it wouldn't work.
6
@DailyCorvid bro do you have any idea how old the original hippies are? Beatnicks we're in the 50's and the hippies came right after. A hippy that was 15 in 1960 would be 78 years old.
5
Except for the throat cancer the scarring from the hot water causes. 😂
5
@sbkarajan yeah right wumao
5
I have been up to month without power after a hurricane. This happens everywhere that gets hit by tropical cyclones. Heck earthquakes are even worse.
5
@hydra3468 Yeah, I have good friends from China that have been here for decades.
4
Yes. Remember when iPhone and Android batteries where burning people's houses down when they first came out?
4
@lindenhoch8396 if they don't show up for their court dates it doesn't matter. They are still working illegally.
4
@sickle7291 Just don't eat sugar or carbs, problem solved.
3
We don't know the shells came from someone who ate them. They probably came from a crab proccessing plant.
3
That is what I was thinking. That has to be a whole lot more work and money than doing it correctly with routers or whatever you would need.
3
@Dkthearn I would have mounted the other sheep! Lol
3
@damianvanheerden1436 😂😂😂 Probably came about when they were all smoking opium.
3
@AshRiot81 Avocado oil can have the same amount of acids as veg oil depending on where the avocados were grown.
3
@lomein2186 exactly. After years of working as a line cook, I don't eat in ANY restaurant unless they let me go on the line and cook my own meal.
3
Except for herpes, that shits forever.
3
Might have something to do with all those famines in recent history.
3
Don't ever believe any country's hype and propaganda. Always be sceptical.
3
@TheSovereign2011 the doctor that put her on a ventilator killed her.
3
@BoycottChinaa To be fair you can get into lease issues in the states too. You would have to be wealthy to afford to live at a Disney resort.
3
Sounds about right for that guy
2
Nationalism never ends well.
2
@jefferinno They have been here for three generations 😂 And what info, the recipe to the secrete sauce at the restaurant I work at?
2
My knees couldn't handle it...
2
Sprinkles is a noun, but sprinkle is also a verb.
2
@mojus2890 yeah if I currently had coverage I would be more inclined to keep the system the way it is. I do fully admit that socialized medicine has plenty of issues and isn't perfect either.
2
@BoycottChinaa Yeah I guess losing your deposit and paying a small penalty for breaking a lease probably pales to what can go wrong in China.
2
@zozzledwolf4653 I know, I am saying my parents where born around the time everyone started driving. My great grandparents where already old/dead by then. One of my grandfather's died before I was born and the other when I was about 5. The males in my family tree lived hard lives and didn't grow old.

No power after a hurricane is kind of nornal guys. I have went over a month without power after a big one here in Florida and people were doing the samething with generators.
1
@LoveYourself-my9nz imo what my sex ed classes lacked was any discussion on what comprises a healthy, functional relationship. They told us to wait until married, but we got no instructions on how to pick a good mate, be a good mate, or build a healthy relationship.
1
@geoffwitt4227 they are getting a lot of services that homeless people in China do not. In China they just make it illegal to film and occasionally round them up and drop them off in the country side.
1
No Winston isn't the cheapest. I believe 305's are the crappier cigs in America. My mom switched to the cheap 305 mini cigars when she was broke and then stayed with em because se they have 10 times the nic. She is barely alive now, and can barely walk 10 feet while hooked up to oxygen. Don't smoke anything guys, if you have to use a substance find another route of absorbtion.
1
@ccengineer5902 i would assume most tea comes from China. Just drink coffee.
1
@sanderdeboer6034 Lies
1
I know plenty of Chinese Americans that are pro America and patriotic, but they have been here for a really long time. It's the ones that have came over the last decade they seem radical.

@DauthEldrvaria yes or tea
