  2. That is what I was thinking. That has to be a whole lot more work and money than doing it correctly with routers or whatever you would need.

  3. ​ @lomein2186 exactly. After years of working as a line cook, I don't eat in ANY restaurant unless they let me go on the line and cook my own meal.
