  1. Ok they are declining in Austin. Almost everywhere else is at all time highs again and bidding wars are back. Inventory is at its lowest and 40yr mortgages. In the last 100 years, there’s only been 7 years of home price decline. Not looking good for your side of this mate! I wasted a ton of time listening to your bs and the others. Missed out on being able to buy an affordable home with low interest. Thanks bruh!!

  2. 247 homes sold in my area in the last 7 days, basically none below asking. Went and toured new construction developments and they were backed with tons of people signing contracts. Virginia is not seeing any easing of any sort.

  3. Went to multiple new construction sites. Most lots are sold, incentives gone, prices raised. Sucks but demand is still outpacing supply by a lot.

  5. Hampton Roads is still at all time highs. My home has increased $100k since 2023. $10k price cuts doesn’t constitute any sort of crash. Buildings paying closing costs and offering a nice shower. Wow slow down folks, it’s a crash of our lifetime according to this genius.
