  1. Travis, I’m in the same boat except I’m living in my rental. I found a good deal (not great) but it was $589k and I got it for $445k. Ryan homes new build. $12k in closing assistance. It’s not great but I have to move on. I’m prepared to take a massive equity loss but my family’s happiness is worth it.
