  1. Jill, did you check the tire pressure? Apparently the factory has been overfilling them which will compromise the ride quality. I test drove the XL Hybrid and the wind/tire noise was pretty offensive. I have a 2021 Tacoma and it overall has a better cabin experience. Great job on the video.
