  11.  @MikeLikesChannel  Still not even close. The average cost of a home here in central Florida is only 1/3 of that of California, no income tax, lower property and sales tax as well. You're thinking of Miami where homes are about 55% the average of what it is in California. As for places like Idaho, average home is 1/6 of what it is in California.
