  3. Tennessee, Texas and Florida have no income tax while Cali has there's over 13%. New York's is almost 9%, though Illinois is about 5%, up from 3% since I moved out in 1999, not the mention sales tax there in Cook County is almost 11% while it's 6.5-7% here where I live now.

  5. Mainly because hundreds of thousands of illegals are coming in replacing the ones fleeing the state. Also if they are 5th largest economy in the world, so many people would not be struggling to just have a roof over their heads and having to live in the streets in tents in mass numbers. They would be thriving able to afford to live in homes and apartments, afford utilities and able to buy cars and save for future retirements. Not happening for the average person.

  8. Washington state with no income tax? I do find that somewhat shock since they're a far left state. Don't expect that to last, sometime and soon they'll propose and shove through a bill to bring an state income tax there.

  11. I live in Florida and really do not see that happening for at least a generation. Actually number of registered conservative voters have increased about 400,000 while far left liberal ones only go up 35,000. DeSantis got 60% of the votes and Rubio 57% in 2022 verse only winning by 40,000 votes in 2018 to over 1,500,000 in 2022. Also unlike California we do not have the Hollywood celebrities with all the multimillion dollar homes, driving up the price of homes through the roof.
