  1. Detroit is still ever worst. The mighty auto industry practically went bust to trurn Detroit into gang-drug infested slums and ghettos with thousands of abandoned homes, businesses and factories. Phily was a city that thrived on a carpet industry. It too both went bust and outsourced that turned Phily into a ghetto slum as well, though not quite as the scale as what the auto industry did to Detroit.
