  1. WHY all the preferential treatment ?! Disgusting ! This freak isn’t in jail. She was allowed to stay out of the courtroom today as well ! So she wouldn’t get upset ?! WTF ? It’s still being debated that’s she’s even truly “schizophrenic”. But she’s being treated like a small child. No jail. Allowed to take time out from the courtroom. Treated like a #%^* baby.   8. The “mother” was already seen on video telling her kids they’ll lose eating “privileges”. That right there shows neglect and abuse. She withheld food from them, proves the kid was telling the truth along with his state of health.

After all the tragedy and all the gaslighting they were put through, no wonder the win caused the family to break down so hard. Finally some validation. 👍. Imagine what a relief it was !   25. I’ve always been disgusted with parents who force their older kids to babysit the younger ones. They dump that on them. They’re ALL children, they’re not parents, YOU watch them. They deserve their own childhood, not having to act like parents. Don’t tell your older kids to do it.

The judge is totally signaling to the jury “this poor child is helpless and must be treated lightly”. It’s maddening. Countless mentally ill people are in prison. And they attended every day of their own trials. I hope the judge gets into some sort of trouble for this.

  27. Court TV and their guests have been disgustingly unfair toward the murdered father. He’s been mocked, slandered, ridiculed, minimized, dismissed because he was an alcoholic. Apparently Court TV staff sees him as less than human. Their guest Vonda Smith even claimed that his drinking was a “choice”. No, alcoholism is a disease. Anyway is she also victim-blaming ? Apparently. I’ve seen only absurd sympathy for the murderer even though she’s shown signs of lying to police and zero conscience. Court TV isn’t very professional and shows inability to see both sides.

  48.  @RichBuddy  The scene from the MacDonald murders was preserved for many years. Author Joe McGuiness who wrote Fatal Vision saw it. Seeing it helped write the book and the crime scene was crucial in getting a conviction, I’m forgetting details but preserving a scene yes is helpful.
