BS. It’s stupid to go banging and screaming on anyone’s door. Let’s not PRETEND the woman who was shot was there for a calm discussion. Just stop the nonsense. So what if the door was shut ? Years ago I had someone banging on my door, wouldn’t go away (I had to call cops), and the door was metal. It was locked. I still felt threatened as F#%!, and my BP was out of control, it was a horrible experience. The woman who shot the gun is elderly too, NO doubt at ALL she was terrified. She’d been THREATENED before too. Wake up.

@tiffanymoore1904 It’s stupid to say all that happened was the violent neighbor “ knocked” on the door. Ooops she was BERSERK Conveniently left out what the violent ghetto neighbor did. She’d threatened the old woman BEFORE that.
6
@Em_D_EM_Aye . BS. Have you ever been in that situation ? Did it happen when you were elderly ? Ever use a gun like that ? Lots of reason to sound that way. It’s a wonder she didn’t have heart failure.
5
@sherrifaye2492 Yes correct. The violent neighbor had previously threatened the old lady.
5
@ms.j9693 Oh I guess she should sound calm after a violent neighbor was on the doorstep looking for a fight, ? who had also threatened her before ? Plus shooting someone for the first time in her life ? Wow you’re a genius.
4
@Ipetam No you’re not that clever. You’re trying to hang onto your bias is all. I’m saying I could understand using a gun in a situation like that. Because it’s just a door, and the violent neighbor could have shot a gun through it as well. The old lady had no idea wtf was going to happen, a crazy person on the other side of a door can instill deep fear. Deal with it. Also if she’d had a guy with her he could kick in a metal door.
4
@gare12 She was defending herself against a berserk idiot at her door, who had threatened her in the past. Get real. No one dragged the violent fool over to the elderly lady’s door. No one made her scream and keep banging on the door, seriously frightening the older woman.
3
@theamerican8337 . I’m surprised the woman is on trial because the nasty, violent neighbor was asking for it. It’s dumb and violent to go attempt to angrily confront anyone. Apparently the obnoxious neighbor and out of control kids had been a longtime nuisance.

@NoName-mv1mw . Definitely

Court TV try to CURB your racist guest commenters. Michele Thomas made inflammatory statements. Such as, “just because you don’t like your neighbors doesn’t mean you can shoot them” or a very similar statement. That’s UNPROFESSIONAL. The woman on trial never said she shot her neighbor because she didn’t like her. Court TV STOP the bias and educate your BIASED anchors (Julia Geney or however her name is spelled).

I’m watching some of the interrogation video today. The cops talking to her were ridiculous. Why not call them out ??? Has court tv even noticed this ? 🙄 They knew the one who got shot had been banging on the door, screaming, YET the idiot cops asked her why she didn’t just go out and “talk” to the psycho neighbor. WTF ?!!! Susan would have been assaulted, possibly killed. Susan is being railroaded. RAILROADED. Yes you can be frightened to death by a crazy person like that. Happened to me ! I had a metal door, deadbolt. When the person at my door wouldn’t leave, pounded on my door, etc I felt like I’d have a stroke, it felt as if there was no door at all. You look at that door and you think “that’s the only thing between them and me”! Get real. I can’t believe the way the cops were gaslighting her. And saying stupid sh%* like why didn’t Susan open the door. WTF ????!? A real cop would tell you don’t open a door to a hostile person. I’m disgusted. Also the fact this is called “knocking” whatever trial. How about POUNDING on the door trial ? I know why. The “protected species” can’t be offended. Even when they get what they’re asking for.
2
@pamelairaci8295 Precisely. Even the cops who interviewed Susan were gaslighting the F out of her. Susan had a berserk fool at her door, it was an emergency situation. In fact the situation would have scared police. They would have been in cautious self protection mode when they arrived, but by then Susan had already taken steps to protect herself.
2
@pamelairaci8295 I completely agree. 100%. Seems to be the mindset. Like the OJ case, oh he didn’t do nuthin’. 🤮 I’d be embarrassed if I was like that. In fact if I thought Susan was wrong I’d say she deserves a guilty verdict. But obviously the just bought into the BS. I hope her lawyers appeal and I’m not sure whether or not they ever pointed out a few things, for instance they should have said Susan had no idea if AJ herself was armed. I’m sure she didn’t know. I went through a similar situation, and it’s terrifying whether or not a doors locked etc makes no difference. Court TV is sickening. They’re so biased.

@lydiasefton4780 If they explain who they’re referring to it might help.

The gross, super obese female officer sitting to the side of the defendant is extremely unprofessional. She made mocking faces, side eyes, etc during anything that was said on behalf of the defendant. Seemed to be playing with her phone at one point too. Hopefully someone will do something about her.

@jeannineharrelson1201 Watch the trial. 🤡

@theamerican8337 👍👍👍👍

You don’t know the definition of the silly term “Karen”. It better suits her violent, obnoxious neighbor and her bratty kids.
1
@ECUCHRIS904 Yes. Almost fell off my chair. Court TV is often very annoying and biased.
1
@CourtTV Stop having biased guests like Michele Thomas on the show. Especially when paired up with Julia the anchor, who’s all too happy to buy into the bias against the defendant.
1
@sherrifaye2492 Yes, correct, the person she shot had previously threatened her - and to anyone with half a brain cell she had every right to shoot.
1
@tiffanymoore1904 That’s your stupid version obviously biased. Saying inappropriate things doesn’t make her a murderer. 🤡. Old people get stressed much easier, there’s a reason you hear about “crabby” old people, and she was wrong for saying ugly things - but her neighbor was wrong too. Obviously not keeping her kids under control. Brats. Stop talking as if “going to her door” was all that happened. The neighbor who was shot had THREATENED the old woman, had let her kids HARASS the old woman, etc THEN she showed up looking for trouble, screaming and banging on the door. You’re embarrassing for being so biased. You know the one who got shot was asking for trouble. She was out of control.
1
@ms.j9693 Wrong. She’d threatened the old woman before. 🤡. Dumb people go looking for trouble and she found it. You don’t threaten a person then end up banging violently on their door, out of control angry. That’s ignorant, ghetto, nasty behavior. If the situation were *reversed you’d be crying about how the dead one was right to shoot the old woman. Fact. Grow up and get beyond your bias. If I showed up on anyone’s doorstep who I’d threatened, and was banging on the door and screaming I’d EXPECT to get shot. It’s very threatening to have a violently angry person outside your door. I’ve experienced something similar. Didn’t matter the damn door was shut. It was a very bad experience.
1
@cynthiahagerman5718 Well yeah, but there’s the “victim” side and also the woman who did the shooting. Two possibilities of who’s being referred to here.
1
@notsorryyouretriggered . Wrong. Don’t speak for me. I think the comment was spot on.
1
@mslataprada1 obviously they were referring to the dead neighbor who caused the whole thing. Being violent and stupid isn’t safe.
1
@mslataprada1 No it isn’t. Try being in that situation. Are you dumb enough to wait for a door to be BREACHED and get shot because it was BREACHED because the person who came in had a gun ? 🤡. No. You’re just biased. You’ll never admit that first threatening someone then trying to violently confront them in their own home is stupid and just asking for it. If the situation were reversed you’d say the neighbor woman was right to shoot the old lady. Because you’re 200% biased.
1
@loveliejoseph6239 And you weren’t there. If the neighbors were bullies who somehow identified with the violent crazy one who got shot, it would make sense they all reported the same thing. Of course they wouldn’t like her. And they all probably have out of control kids. Some neighborhoods are like that. In other words, a majority doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the truth or that it’s not biased. Similar to a “black sheep” in a family, the old lady might be slandered by rude neighbors.
1
@loveliejoseph6239 Oh discrepancies ? I’ll have to see, if it’s true, although there are often reasons for those. Like memory issues, old age, high stress. It’s not unusual. What other neighbors say her about means nothing, all they need to bad mouth her is to dislike her for any reason. The person responsible for what happened was the violent idiot neighbor who went LOOKING for a violent confrontation. The old lady might have have lost her life if the crazy violent neighbor got to her. The one who got shot DECIDED to go onto someone else’s property, like a fool, after she’d threatened the old woman in the past. And yet you persist - as if the old lady went looking for the one who was shot. Well she didn’t. Don’t be ridiculous.
1
@loveliejoseph6239 I guess you don’t know much about the case. The one who was shot threatened her in the past. Very dumb behavior rarely pays off.
