Why does the prosecution need to have their ideas approved by the judge ? I mean even in the Cayce Anthony trial they let the prosecution commit a horror on the grandfather by claiming he was the one responsible for Caylee’s death. Which was completely desperate and crazy.

Kurt Nurmee is RIGHT. He said AM flipped out on Paul, who’d caused a huge stink with the boat crash. And also he said considering the opioid addiction, that would also explain why he could be screwed up enough to murder. Explains a lot - But the other guys including Vinnie basically just ignored those insights. 🤡🙄🙄🙄 And, I personally think AM is a psychopath and they don’t really care about ANYONE.

Vinnie and guests at Fat Jacks tonight or whatever it’s called, it came up well why would he shoot Paul and Maggie, etc well if AM is a psychopath then he really never loved them to begin with. They aren’t brainstorming very well. 🤡 And he probably did it for multiple reasons, not just one reason.

@LaurenRuby The defense side can come with any odd theory but the prosecution has to hope a judge will allow info that seems obviously pertinent ? It’s strange that it would have to be an uphill battle, since they’d need to back up what they claim anyway ? It seems too that the prosecution didn’t go about this very well since if they’d connected all the dots (for permission or whatever) before the trial started this wouldn’t be going on now.
