@fernandaolivares7926 Exactly 👍. I’m appalled at all the venom directed at this guy. He’s clearly got PTSD.

@yeetnama9094 . Oh stop with the blaming. The roommate was traumatized. It’s disgusting to accuse him of being a drug addict.

@reneegardner2286 . Well then you’d need to have more life experience, maturity and understanding not to fall for blaming an innocent roommate who doesn’t happen to be Superman.

@Ther3rg Maybe you’re the jerk ? He wanted desperately to call police he was traumatized and afraid. He took action, tried to help but I don’t blame him for being afraid to go jump in unarmed to whatever mayhem was happening.

@kellycal124 . Duh. Maybe he’s actually recovering from an illness. I guess if YOU sniff YOU must be on drugs ? Or what ?

@S_8- Not just the defense. A ton of moronic comments that show zero understanding or sympathy for him. It’s unreal. Oh he didn’t save her he’s a loser etc. , wtf.

@Cheritamichelle . Right ? The roommate was traumatized and doesn’t look as if he could really take on a homicidal, 6’4” , well developed, younger man and live through it. He tried to help as much as he was capable. And for all anyone knows he already had anxiety or other issues or problems. He did mention having a bad back.

@Faeriefungus Right ? The brain- dead level of most comments is depressing.

@billdavis6900 You’re still way off in your expectations. Your DAD knew he signed up for the military. 🙄. What a silly comparison. This roommate did what many people, if not most, would do. He panicked. And you didn’t listen to his testimony. He explained he’d been asleep. He also was unarmed and has a serious back issue. He had the sense not to go rush in. He was also thinking there could be more than one assailant. He tried to find his phone of course but in the absolute bedlam I’m not surprised he couldn’t. It was probably knocked under the bed or something. So what if she felt safer with a roommate ??? Ridiculous that to you it means he ought to be willing to die, half awake and unarmed. There was no agreement that he’s a bodyguard for her. Where’s HER responsibility to HERSELF ??? There was no house alarm. Had there been an alarm the roommate would have realized someone broke in, instead of assuming Amie had just dropped something and it broke. Why was she unarmed if she was so concerned ??? Why no gun ? Why no guard dog ??? If you want to blame someone ask why the hell she didn’t make any actually serious attempt to protect herself ? If anything the roommate was a victim of her weird life.

Your show is SPREAD OUT on too many trials. You don’t cover any of them well enough. Instead of focusing on the fascinating Harwick trial you keep cutting away to BS like lawyers arguing with the judge in the disabled teen trial. Wtf ????? Who needs to see that ? FOCUS.

@snicole042 If you can’t listen to his testimony and have any perception as to why he made certain decisions, how he really felt, (he wasn’t unaffected by the tragedy) then you’re thick as a brick and you just want to blame him. He’d not the murderer. And she could have had an alarm system installed and bought a couple guard dogs, and could have bought a few guns. She did none of that.

@snicole042 Duh ? Even grown men get murdered too.

@Ther3rg You don’t listen to testimony then you criticize things without knowledge. It’s irritating. When he heard the glass break he thought it was AMIE. Why would he assume a home invasion ? He says he heard something break and thought she’d dropped a dish or something. That’s normal. Especially since he heard nothing afterward. Hearing NOISE from roommates is very normal. It’s idiotic to assume he should have known it was a home invasion and that it was up to him to go hand to hand combat with anyone. And IF he’d known, naturally he’d have tried to call police at that point. He lived there too ! A break-in was also a threat to HIM too. It’s so dumb to claim he was just F*kkking around. Yeah, right. He’d go back to sleep knowing a home invasion was happening ????? 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

@yeetnama9094 oh stop.

@cathy1672 He wasn’t her bodyguard, he’s not responsible for the messes in her life…he was terrified, no one knows if he had existing mental or anxiety issues, he explained he’s got a bad back as well, the killer turned out to be 6’4” , younger and in a homicidal raging mode. But you know “better”. 🤡🙄. He was under no obligation to offer to go get killed too.
1
@billdavis6900 You didn’t listen to him. 😂
1
@pauldalnoky6055 It wasn’t HIS roof. Clueless. If anything HER messy life almost got him killed. He was an innocent roommate. He explained what happened. He’s not the killer. 🤡

@alyssarogers8044 👍

@Ther3rg Oh. I doubt even an M.D. would diagnose him from this video. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
1
@snicole042 Nah.

@kathismith7441 No you scare ME 🤡. You’re B#*^!-ing about something you clearly didn’t pay any attention to. Listen to his entire testimony. There was no “inaction” 🤡. Stop being such a dishonest drama queen.

@Ther3rg . I guess you could post your number, next time someone has a violent home invasion they could call you ?, you could hustle over and straighten it out, unarmed ? OH.
