  2. Exactly. Imagine the amount of adrenaline in that situation, then the prosecution is whining about the fact the INTRUDER was shot twice ??? The victim had instant PTSD so wtf is with them even prosecuting him ?

  5. @ BS. It does play into it. Just like a person with a permanent psychological or psychotic issue could be evaluated differently. It’s also similar to “crime of passion” - except defending your family and yourself isn’t a crime.
