  1. I am all for an internet constitutional amendment, making it a protected (protected as in freedom of religion and speech) utility available to all without restrictions. As long as it's simple and to the point. If ISPs are allowed to throttle and direct access the internet will end up like cable tv is today, charging extra for everything but infomercials. Here in California we paid an extra internet infrastructure tax on our phone bills for years, why should multinational corporations be able to direct my viewing of sites on the internet. I think you're right about the multinational corporations trying to stymie American innovation.
