  2. Earlier this summer it was a homeless guy that was so stupid he kept a bonfire going 24/7. that's just stupid. Other times it's stupid farmers with flail mowers and other incredibly stupid things humans shouldn't be doing in California until the rains start up again. The Columbia gorge fires in Washington and Oregon State were caused by teenage boys trying to impress a girl by throwing fireworks.
