My friend had had Clearwire for years, when they gave her a month to find a new provider. Trying to find a rural provider for her was almost impossible and every call seemed to be answered by foreigner operators who barely spoke English. I love the global scope of the internet, but when you are selling a service you better be able to speak the language and be familiar with the area.
