No shit.  Her "moderate rebels" are killing a lot of civilian Syrians.  We used to be more covert because the people in charge were much sharper than the Clintons.  We know Bill took out a pharmaceutical company in the Sudan and killed a janitor, simply to gain re-election.  Hillary is telling us it was Russia that hacked Podesta when it was a simple phishing attack on his gmail account that gained access to his emails, on gmail.  Something free anti-virus and malware programs can prevent. Flawed egotists aren't very covert, their first interests are always themselves.
