  1. The Johnson Act is legislation. A Presidential order can't by itself repeal law. Congress has to weigh in. But anything for mindless hysteria. The way this is worded it would open up all non-profits not just Churches. This might not work in his favor come re-election time. Every non-profit if this is passed could donate to political candidates. That's every dog rescue, art's council, Planned Parenthood, and union etc. as well as churches. Where was this hysteria when GW passed his "faith based" innitiatives? They scared me more than this.
