We need to consider that this idjit can't really do anything if we mount a counterattack in the courts. But rich people like this think the average people won't do that. They think we're afraid of taking it to the courts. They are confident that we can't afford to do that. They think we are still buying into deregulation and trickle down. Thing is we've seen it in action. It doesn't work. Deregulation has never resulted in a better product for a lower price. Ask Californians about Enron. How many times does it have to fail before we say don't try and fool me again? This isn't a question of big government now is it? This is a question of allowing big business to do as they like and not question them, just the opposite. They are getting the estate tax repealed, what now they want to turn the internet into the past model of cable tv? Where we pay more for added informercial channels? And add to that they want us to pay for their legal defense. We can't let that happen!
