The working man has already lost his home, job security and savings, who are the banks going to target next the wealthy flippers? I doubt it. US economy is no longer based on goods and services, just junk bonds, debt, leverage and service fees. Not something a world power should rely on. Even fracking isn't making money in the US. Unlike many I don't blame the Fed Reserve, I blame congress for agree to deregulation and lack of oversight. The Fed doesn't do anything that congress doesn't approve first. A national bank governed the same way would have the same weaknesses.
