You beat someone with a bat you mean to kill them. Ask the killers why they killed her? If the killer didn't have a personal reason for killing her, then he killed her simply because she was Muslim. Doesn't that equate to the definition of a hate crime? And isn't killing someone because of their "religion" a hate crime and unconstitutional on top it? The constitution doesn't limit which religions are free to practice.
