  1. If Manafort attempted to contact witnesses while under house arrest he deserves to be in jail. His original charges weren't that bad. He's made it worse. He should have known his communications were being tracked. Tucker is looking to spin this but if he did what the judge said he did and broke the terms of house arrest he deserves to be incarcerated.

  3. I trust judges more than I do congress. They are charged with upholding the law and I think many of them take it very seriously.
