Death tax? Only the extremely wealthy benefit from reforming that. How many of us have millions in assets to benefit from the dismantling the inheritance tax? Damn isn't 5 million enough for the rich folks? What next "tort reform" so the poor folks can't sue you either?

Right Bentley_Brant TastyCritters doesn't know what he or she is talking about. You can tell they don't have any real life experience.

I Rate Your Comments they always tell us our medical bills will be less if we can't hold hospitals and doctors accountable. But like seat belts and helmets even if that lessens the risk to insurance companies it never lowers the rates.

Trickle down and privatization doesn't work. We've done this experiment for decades. It does not work! I am a Californian I bought into deregulation and saw how that worked for us with Enron. Want to revisit that? Really? Please, someone name one case of privatization that has resulted in a better product or service for a lesser cost? I've never gotten an answer to that.

TastyCritters who is dying in your family? Must be multiple people over a two year span. You have or make more than 5 million? Because right now the first 5 million is exempt from inheritance tax. If that's the case I am puzzled by why you are concerned over $15 or $20 thousand dollars. That would be like lunch money to me if I had 5 million. "It’s permanent. That is, only until Congress decides to change it. Thus, while it would be imprudent to assume that Congress is done making changes to the tax law or to estate tax, it is safe to say that the $5 million estate tax exemption won’t be changing anytime in the near future." http://www.jhflegal.com/for-the-record-newsletter/5-million-estate-tax-exemption-reinstated You really have to come up with a new sob story. $15 to $20 thousand tells me you don't have a clue what we're talking about.
