  1. Don't most states have sales taxes, does Yang want to add value tax to that along with State and Federal income taxes that most corporations don't pay? So the little guy pays one more tax? Why not regulate and oversight on corporations operating here? Why allow them to offshore their profits along with their labor pools. That's how he plans on paying for his cute little UBI? Countries with Value added taxes don't already have sales taxes.
