  2. So basically this is being used to cancel benefits that were promised to hard working citizens at the time of employment because now they don't have jobs. That's "rich"! Sounds like the way insurance companies deny claims even after you've paid the premiums. They are getting limited reimbursement based on the length of their employment. That's not nothing. Dylan Walsh have you ever held a job?
