  1. What the hell sort of birthday party was it? What's not told in this story is she bought the property under a conservation easement and turned it into a retail operation. Having worked in the retail nursery business for years. You can't sell anything before it's been inspected. I am thinking she was trying to evade taxes, and was operating without a license. There's more too this story. Perhaps she was selling things as organic without having them first certified as organic. Troubling thing is all I can find are links to her side of the story not the other side.

  3. On a piece of property she bought with a conservation easement. This isn't a little girl's lemonade stand. This is one of those schemes where the wealthy buy property under some sort of phony conservation scheme. Get tax breaks and then make a fortune by doing things other people aren't allowed to do.
