  1.  @plaubelmakina8916  The peace dividend worked for the uber rich in the US 'cause they owned much of the former Soviet Union.... The reason they hate Putin so much is that he put an end to the deindustrialization and theft. Look at Russia now... It has a more advanced industrail base that all of the deindustrializing west and is benifting from sanctions.
