They seemed to have righted the ship of state after the stupid giving all of russia over to US wall street intersts in the 90s. The reason the west don't like Putin is becaue he stopped wall street from compleatly taking over russia... They hate Putin not for his stupidity but because he rigged it so that Russia could recover... And because Putin installed Trump.
