  1. Needless to say, Russia isn't wholly responsible for happenings in Brics but they play a big role.. I have a feeling that alternatives to Brenton Woods institutions will take a while regardless of how those institutions are abusive or conversely privide convience. It is notable that Kazan didn't resolve central bank payment issues... Brics is going to be a slow go.

  4.  @quinton01  Brenton Woods went quite slow, was full of heart aches and head aches even though it between centuries old impiralist nation states. Now a days the compeating Brenton Woods, Brics, is between nation states that have been growing and industrializing since some time AFTER Brenton Woods.... They are trying to ballance some more divergent interests than the centuries old impiralist states.
