  1. I emediatly thinks of how the crew will sustain their mental health when being isolated in a small space for a very long time. The Enterprise in Star Trek did have its holodecks so that the crew could experience walking in a forest or similar.

  2. In the future i can imagine that you first take a feedertrip to a spacedock either floating in space or on the moon. From there passengers and cargo enters a much larger spaceship for the six months of travel to Mars.

  3. Mars are actually a rather hostile environment for humans. Thinking of high radiation, low gravity that will make your bonestructure and muscles to decline, poisounus soil that will make you Carrot planted on Mars the last one you ever eat and so on..
