  2. Taiwan do have powerful friends like Japan and the USA. You can compare it with chess. Imagine a pawn (taiwan) that looks easy to take on paper but that are backed up by a majority of the other chess pieces (USA, Japan) in case someone tries to take it. Besides this tiny pawn are more difficult to invade because Taiwan are like a natural fortress surrounded by rocky beaches. I really enjoy the expression on my opponents face when i take their queen or king even after that they took my poisoned pawn.

  4. Problem is that much have changed the last 80 years so that might not be a thing anymore. Mainland China should return the land they stolen since 1948 making Mainland China a much smaller but more managable country.

  12. In 2018 it was nearly impossible for non businessmen to get a touristvisa to mainland china. Now they seems to just give away VISAs like candy. For me thats a sign of desperation for money.
