  1. As a european i aint a fan of passive houses because of the damp and mold that might form without proper ventilation. It surely looks great on paper but in reality you might get problems.

  2. Double glass windows does a huge difference compared to single glass windows but triple glass windows doesnt make so much of a difference compared to double glass windows. As a scandinavian i prefer a simple design ie a single story house with a simple saddleroof. US houses many times have those overly complicated multiroof style designs, why?

  3. This aint the truth about 3D printed houses this is marketing avoiding all the negative things about this way of constructing houses. Old school wooden and brickhouses are still the best options.
