If i am required to do anything like answering personal questions or any kind of personality tests then i dont want that position. Interview Assignments are basically a scam where the company wants you to do a job for free for them.

To learn new skills and to get new experiences at your current job and then change to a different company bringing those skills with you at a higher position and then again learn some new skills are my way of doing it. I moved from the floor in one company into a management role in another company.

Perhaps it depends on what kind of work you are applying for but here in sweden you get the job after one interview and not four. Why are US companies making things so extremely difficult for everyone involved?
45
No matter if a woman or a company are ghosting me i dont want to have anything to do with them anyway.
33
I has been falling victim for the first one and it is really annoying when a company claims to be hiring but noone actually get that position.
28
Thats called karma.
17
I like your channel and the techniques in the job serach process you are describing.
10
Thats not uncommon in the western world, unfortunately. In countries like Japan you wont get a senior position if you havent already proven yourself during a long career. In the western world it seems like the CEO only wants that 25 yr old chick that are going to sit in his lap from time to time.
10
Companies today are all about chasing that quarter report. CEOs only thinks three months at a time.

A former boss explained to me that hiring people are like a lottery. You dont know who is a good choice and who arent. Someone might look like a good choice on paper but in reality that aint always the case.
9
The recruiter are more like an annoying obstacle to overcome to get that job.
8
My thoughts on this are that he should move on. the old company got everything for nothing while the new company means new opportunities and new skills and experiences to learn.
8
It seems like it is always that new manager that actually doesnt know anything that makes the entire business to go south.
6
My experience are that a management with less education and experience than you always considers you as a threat and not an asset. I am a Biomedical technologist with experience from both medical research and diagnostics and i get that impression really often now a days.
6
I am always diplomatic and avoid talking about someone on a personal level. Being so diplomatic so that people starts considers you as perfect to work as an actual diplomat has helped me a lot.
6
To quote Sylvester Stallone "A no are actually a maybe and it is how you present yourself and the skills you have that makes the difference"
6
Now a days you dont stay with the same company until you retire because what happens are that you become invisible to the management after a few years and you lose your edge in the ever changing jobmarket. Stay for a maximum of four years in the same company and learn as much as you possibly can and then find another job.
4
CEO:s that mentally never left the 20th century are a huge problem. With the technology we have now a days more people could work remotely and perhaps have a meeting online once a week to see how work is progressing. Companies could stop renting expensive office spaces and save some money.
4
I have actually done that and i am soon hoping to do it again so that i can relocate closer to home. To be loyal to the company you work for are a thing of the past because you actually get punished for it.
3
My experience working remotely against a deadline for a project is that i found my self working a lot more and longer than otherwise. It is kind of difficult to split the time between work and leisure time.
3
You need to be the son of the CEO to get that job.
3
Thats very common i think. The old timers do have a hard time to pass on responsibility and power to new people. Every one wants to be in the center of attention and noone wants to slide out of that spot.
3
Seems like a bunch of brain dead CEOs are thinking that AI are a thing. The truth is it aint and those stupid CEOs should be fired ASAP.
3
The worst recruiter i ever experienced are someone that asked me if i do have any question because she had never interviewed someone before.
2
@ALifeAfterLayoff Yes for real. I was getting interviewed for a position in a medical researchteam at a pharmaceutical company. It was so absurd so i left.
2
Jobs are like women. Once you are breaking up with a woman never look back because you will regret it if you do.
2
I guess those companies still are wondering why they cant find people to hire. I earn 3500 $ every month as a BMT in Sweden and to believe that anyone with an college or university degree are willing to work for 1400 $/month are astonishing.
2
Did have a similar experience in the 1990s but then a company found me on a jobmarket website instead of me finding them.
2
I am working on firing my boss so to speak. My boss lacks knowledge to understand the work we are doing and are very much about showing of that she is the boss. Hoping to find a job closer to home that are into medical research.
2
I left my previous job because of gangviolence and shootings. I think thats a very valid reason.
2
If i dont get any respons from a company then i consider it not to be serious and that i will never apply to a work for them ever again. Besides i will warn others for that specific company.
2
For me it is a matter of becoming the expert that you cant neglect. If i dont get what i want i use my experience and knowledge to get another job.
2
I remember a hiring manager that was very picky with that the applicants should have at least five years of experience. The problem was for obvious reasons such as the technology wasnt five years old so that person didnt exist. Ended with that the company never got someone for that position.
2
There are no business on earth that could think of it self as god. The CEO of this business must be some kind of delusional woman.
1
I never use graphics but are describing my skills and background instead. I am aware of it doesnt matter how good your CV are because it will be destroyed by the recruiter anyway. I only give the information that are needed for that specific position and nothing else.

Innesa Burrola belongs in jail.

If you are a silent quitter then Wells Fargo are perfect for you. Just make sure that you get that remote cubicle and place a fashion manekin there so that it looks occupied and then stay at home and get your salary every month.
1
My experience of gen Z is that they are always late to work, rude to customers, ignorant and always want to leave the work day early. They display a total disrespect and interest for what needs to be done but rather wants just to do their hours so that they can get that salary.
1
@olencone4005 for me thats a scam and a red flag. Better to use that money to fill up the car with gas and buy food in the grocerystore.
1
Since i come from a medical professional point of view. A working interview for me should be like working for free and thats never been requested ever. Noone works for free.
1
Now a days you better avoid college and instead focus on learning and become a really skilled carpenter, plumber or any job where you are working with your hands instead. If i was young today i shouldnt go to college or universty to study medicin but become a selfemployed plumber or carpenter instead.
1
I am in a similar situation right now. we are three BMT:s (biomedical technologists) that are left in our workgroup and we are planning to move on to other workpositions. Our boss are to say the least very desperat to keep us because of our medical knowledge and long experience from both medical research and diagnostic work. What do you think about this situation?
1
The best thing should actually be if recruters was more honest about that you didnt get the position for this or that reason. I am in the process of trying to find a job closer to my home and are different in what i do at work. It is still the same profession though.

They are already developing whats called "vaccin-X" for the next plandemic.
1
@barnabusdoyle4930 The freedom to work from home and to save time and money avoiding to commute are worth a lot.
1
As soon as AI takes a small step forward everyone goes qrazy about it. Sure it is able to calculate things from a ton of data but it lacks any kind of creativity because it aint at that level by far.
