  1. EVs and hybridcars are useless. Thats why no sane person buys them. It doesnt matter what policies that are implemented because they will all backfire.

  2. They are rather thinking that they will travel in a car while the people are using the cramped and useless subway or are walking 3 miles to work and home with their children and groceries.
