  1. I prefer to make my glass of absint with 1 oz of absinthe, 1 oz simple syrup and 3 ounces with fresh cold water. adding it into a tin with ice and shake it . double strain into a old looking fancy glass of your choice. Waiting for the water to melt an icecube are just annoying.
