  1. Interesting interview. Malala sounds very sensible. The thing is ... after listening, I'm not sure what the two women are calling on countries outside of Afghanistan to do. One thing Malala seems to be saying is that they don't want the persecution of women by the Taliban to be normalized by foreign countries negotiating with them without any Afghani women present. What they are clearly NOT asking for is that another country should use the persecution of women as an excuse to invade or occupy Afghanistan.
