As I get older (and wiser?) I've come to realise that when one thinks someone's behaviour is "stupid", it's usually just a failure to realise that the other person's objective aren't what I thought. Sam's behaviour only looks stupid to you because you assume he wants to protect the bystanders, or at the very least that he would pay some penalty for endangering them.

@mkhedart0mt0avari But most countries could care less about what or how much the US does to secure a ceasefire or prevent a wider conflict. All we want is for the US to stop enabling the wars and massacres.

It's complete and utter nonsense to say that Israel is ignoring what the US says. The US is pouring weapons into Israel so presumably what the US is telling them is how to use them. What IS true is that Israel's actions are inconsistent with what the US government is saying publicly. But that's of zero interest except to someone desperate to lend credence to the American government. Even then, that would only be someone who thinks it's better to be known as stupid than as evil. It's also utter nonsense to say that Israel disregards the damage to the civilian population. Damage to the civilian population is the short-term objective, not the accidental by-product. The longer term objective is to take the land that those civilians are living on. Duh.

Zelensky is puppet. He goes where the US tells him to when the US tells him to go there and says what the US tells him to say. He looks good in a uniform though.
