  1. Wow! I'll never forget the CNN reporting of one of the US bombardments of Iraq in the 1990s. It explained why bridges and other civilian infrastructure were legitimate targets and enthused about how accurate the US missiles were. This report of the Israeli attacks on Gaza is almost an "action replay". Curiously, I don't recall a single CNN broadcast enthusing over the accuracy of the 2001 attacks in New York.
