He wanted the House to sit in Private which is a technical term for establishing that there is a quorum, a pointless waste of time, evidently there was a quorum (40 is regarded as acceptable) Practically all members were present. So he was going to be allowed to waste time after PMQs instead of in the middle of it.  Instead he got himself banned and then they all walked out and missed their questions. Brilliant, no wonder the SNP lost 21 seats in the last election.
