Does anyone remember when Johnson&Johnson new their aids drug was killing people and they had a new drug that corrected the problem, but jnj chose to continue to sell their killer drug until patent expired. With pharma immunity of liability we've see time and again the math of these companies: example: we make $7billion on drugs that kill people, loose $2bill in payments out to harmed,equals $5bill profit "Let's do it"!
