I should laugh at this, but...went through hell other day talking to my TV cable company & all the Indian and weird accents, then put thru' to next dept with same. I could hardly understand what they were saying & I was incredulous at how BAD it is! 'Daisy' has a clear and understood voice/accent and what we were USED TO DEALING WITH! Now, you can't understand half of them on customer service.
