They can cure almost anything including the effects of aging wich largely comes from the fact your body produces less and less stem cells as it gets older. Previously thought Tobe issues that have life long effects can be essentially fully healed from stem cells. We are in a facilitation based medical world where they typically would rather treat but not fully alleviate issues. This includes medications that are meant to do one thing but have harmful effects in other areas they want you to keep coming back like a revolving door because they make more money off of that rather than curing you completely.
