  33.  @u2mister17  Everytime congress passes a budget they take all the dollars out of the social security fund and move the cash to the general fund. The cash is replaced with government bonds. I assume that the retirees are supposed to pay back these bonds, plus interest, from the social security checks. The states do the same thing. Aside from overly generous matching funds.

A more proper analogy is the Clinton Foundation stealing millions from Haiti. All the evidence is there but no conviction, investigation ended, no press coverage.
